THANK YOU to all who came and dug, tended, rammed stakes into the ground, drank tea and ate cake on Saturday 9th January. About 50 of you came and helped in the rain,  what a lovely atmosphere it was.

Anyone who missed out please feel free to wander down to Seymour Park Recreation ground and enjoy the sight of  25 fruit trees.  There is still some tidying work to be done,  so why not join us for our first work party on SATURDAY 13th February 2016 from 2pm.

Other ways to meet the TTM team are Green Coffee at Cooper’s,  Fieldhouse Lane, Marlow on the third Thursday every month (21st Jan 2016) from 10am to 11.30  or…

Marlow Community Market – the last Saturday of the month (30th Jan 2016) Liston Hall, Chapel St Marlow from 9.30am to 1pm.

Contact us if you would like to help, or just turn up on the day!

About TTM…

Transition Town Marlow (TTM) is a community-led response to the pressures of climate change, fossil fuel depletion and increasingly, economic contraction.

We are a small group of volunteers. Our main focus is currently creating a Community Orchard in Seymour Park Recreation Ground – work party every 2nd Saturday of month 2pm,  please see our orchard page for more details.

This will help towards creating a bee corridor by planting wildflowers.

We also support  local food and craft producers at our Community Market.
